Nature of the Site

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, booking photographs, warrants, or agency records. It cannot confirm custody status, release a person, file court documents, or act for any Gloucester County office.

The site points visitors toward inmate, jail, court, and public-records resources for Gloucester County and Virginia. Some pages also connect visitors with third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, its server, or partner tools.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated collection systems without permission.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or other visitors' access.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant-screening reports, employment-screening reports, or consumer reports. Users agree not to use any information from the site or linked partner tools for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, or employment screening.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance, or premium decisions.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar law.

Outside Sites

Links may lead to sheriff pages, jail and regional facility pages, Virginia Courts, VADOC, BOP, ICE, VINE, legal resources, and outside search services. Gloucester County Inmate Population does not control those sites, their records, their privacy practices, their uptime, or their fees. Review the destination site's own terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
• The site will always be available or uninterrupted.
• The site will be free from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
• Partner search results will be complete, current, or official.

Custody status, court records, public-records procedures, phone numbers, hours, and fees can change. Nothing on this site is an official statement from a sheriff's office, court, jail, or government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gloucester County Inmate Population and its owners, operators, partners, and contributors are not liable for damages that result from using or being unable to use the site, relying on information, clicking outside links, or using third-party tools.

Indemnification

Users agree to hold the site and its owners, operators, partners, and contributors harmless from claims, losses, damages, and legal fees arising from their use of the site, misuse of information, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, code, layout, and other site materials belong to Gloucester County Inmate Population or its content partners unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, republished, modified, or distributed without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Access to the site may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Virginia Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes must be brought in courts located in Virginia, unless controlling law requires another forum.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The invalid part should be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
